Coming up, we'll have a small group of people to perform at the YISHUN library on the 14th NOV.. I think the names wil be announced on friday(24/10) or the next pratice.

Next, the committee will be going for the WORLD YOUTH CHORAL FESTIVAL from 9thdec-13thdec.There will be a pre festival camp on the 1st-6th Dec. You are invited to come on the OPENING CEREMONY on the 9th, cause committee will be performing.Conductor Lim Yau, with SNYO(singapore national youth orchestra) Free admission but you need to tell me how many tickets you want. :)

Along with it, there will be a GALA concert on the 13th to mark the end of the inaugural festival.
Tickets will be priced @ $10. it can be obtained from all sistic outlets from the 29th oct. We will be singing a total of 16 songs, which 11 of them will be sung by SSA choir, which we're in:)

Lastly, i would like to add that the holiday practices are VERY VERY VERY important. As Mdm azzah has said, the attendance has not been very good lately. Therefore, I'm giving a stern warning that IF YOU MISS ONE HOUR OF CHOIR DUE TO TRUANCY, YOU WILL HAVE TO COPY ONE SET OF SCORES PER HOUR MISSED. choir scores means choir scores, neat writing of notes. One wrong note and you have to copy again.If you dont know how to draw the musical notes, PLEASE ASK AND NOT KEEP QUIET. Hand it up the following choir practice. This is a wake up call for those who have been missing choir. You'd better turn up for ALL choir practices. The following reasons WILL NOT be accepted
1)going out with friends
2)TUITION
3)WORK
4)Private problem...
5)mother dont allow
6)Oversleep
7)SLIGHTLY SICK!
etc. If you're sick, like bad fever/cough/flu. Please tell your level COORDINATORS FIRST because you wil not be in school as it is the holidays. Produce an MC/Letter from parent then Mdm azzah will follow up.
